Ingredients:
2 cups of flour
3 tsps baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
1 3/4 cups milk
1 egg
2 tbsp oilDirections:
Mix wet ingredients. Mix dry ingredients. Combine. Measure one cup and grill on frying pan. When bubbles appear flip.
If you decide to add chocolate chips or blueberries add 1/2 cup.
